Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging

We do not accept returns for used, burned, or personalized candles.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Damaged or defective items
Incorrect item received
Product not as described

4. How to Start a Return

Your name and order number
Reason for return and photos (if damaged)

You’ll receive a response within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our end.

5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
